The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is a short walk from the train station. The rooms are quite small but have all the expected facilities, and they are freshly renovated and very clean. The on site restaurant is great. We would stay there again, and in fact we did two days later on our return from a short cycle trip.

Staff were lovely and accommodating with our baby / pram. Got us a nice quiet corner for dinner and we forgot our baby float and one was provided. Room was clean and spacious. Lovely grounds to go for a walk.

Menu at the redmonds restaurant hasn't changed much since our last visit over a year ago. Would have liked more of a choice, not the best menu. The sharing bread wasn't great but everything else was nice. Didn't like the pillows.

Very central location. Good communication and easy entry instructions. Depsite being in the middle of Camden it wasn't too noisy.

This is no where near a 4* hotel. That's a joke . The online check in procedure was awful and hard to do but they don't actually believe in humans only emails. There was one member of staff ... One ! and she was largely unhelpful as it's all run by algorithms and automated emails . Code pad entry with no lights to see what you was entering as it was all dimly lit and at waist height so you had to bend down to try and see the numbers . Why not have the code at chest height ?? The room was stupidly too big with mismatched uncomfortable furniture. A little room that was weird like a little kitchenette but without the amenities. Just a waste of space . A TV that could only get certain channels as the signal wasn't good enough . Considering this is meant to be a futuristic style place they didn't have WiFi enabled TV . European power points ? In a London hotel ?? Why ? No power point near the bed . With the reliance on phones as alarms etc you had to put your phone on the otherside of the room as that's where the only UK socket was . The shower and water pressure was pathetic a bare dribble . Breakfast was worse than a garage station . Nothing but sugary cakes and unripe fruit . Pots of supermarket yogurt with no spoons to eat it with . Once again one member of staff for the whole thing and she found it inconvenient to find me a spoon . Then around 10.30 other staff members arrived to have a meeting in the breakfast room and talk about company policy . Find an office please . Then a cleaner starts hoovering whilst breakfast is still available . Why not do that after breakfast when people have left ?? Would never stay here again . It lacks customer care and a relaxing vibe .

So noisy the room shakes every time a bus or lorry passes. You can’t have the electricity on at night as bright light inside room can’t be turned off. All a bit shabby. Photos are very flattering. Lost property oddly disappeared despite me contacting them 24 hours after we checked out.
