When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

Location was fab...short walk to beach and town. My daughter's luved the Love Island theme within the house...they had lots of fun taking selfies. Highlight for us all was chillin in the HOT TUB ...just BLISS! And bonus was that Casa was pet friendly and that we could bring our pup 'Milo' with us too. Casa was definitely 'a little bit of us' just the perfect short break away to recharge the batteries. Thanks Kim, Molly, Katie, Annie & Milo 💚💗💗💗🐾

What a great find. Lovely peaceful location and the hosts had thought of everything to make this cute Shepherds Hut feel cosy and comfortable. We were really impressed that there was such a good bathroom and nice spacious shower too,. Thank you too for the delicious scones, jam and cream on arrival. Hope to be back again.

Really comfortable with a great TV and coffee machine and good shower. Room was very small but I was on my own so it was fine. Iron and board and nice biscuits.

I've never had to present a passport to book anywhere before so was lucky I had someone home to take a photo of it for me. Phone cable failed me and no spares at all kept at reception so had a 40 minute walk to buy one.

Excellent location for visiting Chelsea Flower Show. Loved our room - comfortable and beautiful interior design.

Good range of breakfast options, restaurant looked over the loch which meant great views whilst we ate.

narrow corridor with staff crossing over between kitchen and restaurant was a little awkward.

Bed was very uncomfortable, soft mattress which had a dip in the middle. Walls made of paper, doors slamming all night long. No jacuzzi either!

The location is perfect. Just 10 mins from Glasgow queen street station.

The rooms are very minimalistic and basic, giving the vibes of a slightly more upmarket premier inn. It didn’t appear that the room had been properly checked before our stay as both windows were wide open on entering and the shower plug was hanging out. Furthermore, all the radiator caps were off and my husband had to reattach them. The room itself was really quite small as well which was surprising as we were informed we had been upgraded to a bigger room. Breakfast was enjoyable but the tomato sauce tasted horrific (definitely not Heinz) and the fruit for the continental section looked very unappetising.

Awful student bedsit room right near the fire exit. Doors are so close surely that is a safety issue as if someone opens the wooden door to get out of the fire exit, they would block the exit to this room. No mirror in room or dressing table. Large pointless sofa as not facing TV. Bed is a pull down type which is terrible for the price. Ensuite is like a caravan bathroom. No washing up liquid/tea towel. Just very disappointed with this room as I saw all the others whilst open for cleaning and they looked like proper rooms. My friends room was lovely.
