Lovely staff, large clean modern room, COMFY beds, great aircon, great breakfast/meals and large restaurant facilities. Double glazing so minimal noise!. Everything was roomy. Loved the snack area for everyone's convenience or supermarket closeby. In reception they had flight info updates, shuttle info and the staff are very knowledgeable with info. There were shuttle buses that go past Leonardos entry or a public transport bus stop is close (cheap) - 2min walk which takes you to terminal 5 where you can catch the train or national express bus (not free) into London city. And if you return by train catch the 423 back to the bus stop by Leonardo. We were "extremely" impressed and would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Dated hotel, unenthusiastic staff. The hotel reallly needs to look at other chains and up its game. No way that hotel should be charging £170 per night way too high in comparison to other hotels

Beds really uncomfortable, room was way too hot , unable to open windows, asked for maintenance to open them but nobody came . advertised pool and gym on site but had no access to them . Extra charges applied at hotel for parking
