  To start I like to say that the new manager Thomas who started just 5 weeks before, and his right hand Ms. .... ( sorry, forgot her name) are doing their very best! They are with humor dedication and really try to make a new succes so to say, of The white Hart. But....... See my other comment!!

  What could have been better? I would say everything!! First night we had a room besides a barn where also runs a waterpump. But that waterpump and it ran whole night. We asked changing room because we couldn't slee because of that. The day after it turned out that the pump was broken.. Further, we really are very unsatisfied about: The room which was not clean, but i mean really NOT clean! Never seen such a dirty Bathroom 😩. The floor, the very very narrow shower of 1 m2 with damp spots, a door what not openend well and worn out, the shower itself fell off constantly, lime scale etc. The toilet: you could not even sit on it because the toilet seat was worn, dirty and loose. And it didn't flush well. The toilet brush felt in 3 pieces. The bed: We had 3 bad nights here. Mattress completely sagged as if you lie in a hammock, but the with a pillow which is to hard. Can you imagine in what position you're lying in bed then..? The kitchen of the pub has a very mediocre level. The price we paid, is ABSOLUTELY NOT in proportion to the facilities offered!! This place absolutely has potency, but the company who bought this has to be fast investing a lot of money in it before it get's more negative reviews as this one!

  This is a fabulous hotel - a true gem. Set in the most beautiful part of bath, the rooms are so comfortable and the staff are beyond amazing. The location is so perfect - close to shops and chic restaurants. My favourite hotel in Bath by far - can’t wait to come back
