Positive section of review
The value was excellent with a good English Buffet Breakfast -with a decent size family room and shower room. We had a great Fish and chip supper and were able to bring the dogs into the bar. The staff were great and you would struggle to find a better value family stay.

The New Inn is right next to the main road but it has its own grounds and is on the edge of a beautiful cul-de-sac village with great walks and its only a short drive into Stratford Upon Avon.

We stayed in the John Constable room, a 4 posted bed and views of the Essex countryside, just perfect. We ate in the pub and the food was very good as was the breakfast. Friendly staff and locals and a good range of beers on offer. Ample car parking spaces

Nice cosy cottage in a good location. Well stocked with books, games and dvds. Very clean, good shower, and comfortable bed. Plenty of wardrobe space. Pre-stay info from the host was very welcome.

The stairs to the attic bedroom are very steep and narrow. Only to be expected in a cottage of this age and size, and not really a criticism, as we didn’t use that bedroom, but a warning before booking would be helpful for larger groups.

i liked the distance from tesco kfc dunkin etc. beds were comfortable and room size.

Disposing of our waste was difficult as there was no disposal bins to store the trash. The bathroom also had no bin. and It would have been good if the property had an extra toilet for all of us.
