The lounge areas were beautifully decorated and comfortable with lovely views to the loch. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the overall ambience to the hotel was exceptional. Loved it.

Lack of customer service and follow up with complaints. Our room overlooked a bottom courtyard. On the second evening, the hotel held a shisha gathering in the courtyard. Our room filled with smoke, the windows would not seal, and it became very noisy downstairs. At 12.30am I rang the front desk. The night manager couldn't relocate us as the motel was booked out. Was told to make a complaint in the morning, which I did. I was given an email address to put complaint in writing, which I did, and to date, I still have not had a response.
