Lovely room and very nice breakfast. Owners were very friendly and more than happy to be flexible and let us in a little early to get changed when we arrived ahead of attending a wedding nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Staff were lovely, as were the gardens and public areas. Room spacious with all the essentials and more! Breakfast was super tasty and could not be more perfectly located. Would definitely return if visiting Bath again!

Rooms need updated old brown furniture, to much in the room, could make the rooms bigger with less. Also the beds move could slip? More plug sockets none I could find next to bed? Some of the carpet was up in the eating area trip Hassard? .

Bed too short (<190cm). Room very small, not even a desk. Sauna and changing rooms out of order. Jacuzzi out of order. Bedroom door didn’t close properly. Bath didn’t drain properly.

The fact that no reception staff were there to greet me? There was a bunch of tagged room keys with door numbers on the desk,and I had to look for my own room myself,with no member of staff to show me to my room,and to inform me about breakfast!
