Has a great all you can eat breakfast for £10 and the location is perfect staff seem to be friendly .. location is right near the seafront which is great it also has a Little market clothes, bags and great street food only a 3min walk to the pier. I stayed just so I could see what Eastbourne was like. And it’s quite nice didn’t get to explore the whole thing like I wanted to because I got really sick ..

I stayed in room 229 The heating didn’t work and also the shower was blocked but that’s a small fix it happens … I didn’t know at the time that the heater wasn’t working I tried the switch on the wall and went to sleep and through the night it was just so cold like ice, I got really cold through the night, I kept tossing and turning. I woke up around 7am my throat was hurting, and 48 hours after I left the hotel I ended up in hospital with a severe chest infection just on one side by the heart.. I did inform a member of staff that the room had made me really I’ll and I asked if it was possible to stay a few hours more to try rest because I had a 2 1/2 hour Drive home. I don’t think they believe me cause on checking out I heard them talking about it but anyway I bet they will now .. I asked if I could stay a little bit longer to try and recover, the hotel offered a late check out for 1pm with an additional charge of £25 on top to stay a couple of hours more.. At that point I was feeling really I’ll not good at all I ended up sleeping in my car outside the hotel just to try and get my bearings so I could drive home .. but I just couldn’t drive till later .. but all in all it’s a lovely hotel. A little old-fashioned but has a great location, with a little market and seafront but the room just made me really ill and now I have to take medication and antibiotics because I have a severe chest infection but only in one lung.

Excellent hosts, full instructions provided allowing us to reach the area accordingly and use the facilities of the house. House is very spacious and well-maintained. It has loads of games and the kids really enjoyed the stay. The hosts provided a welcome pack - bread, cookie, chocolate and crisps which is grand. Excellent value for the price.
