Big gravel car park when you arrive and entry is easily conducted following the instructions from Muse Escapes. There are no members of staff, but everything is clearly communicated via email and texts, so there were no problems there. A very comprehensive guide is located within the room, but it is also available to read prior to your arrival through the website. (The WiFi on site is fast and strong). Very, very clean everywhere with a modern kitchen and big freeview tv as well as a lovely wing backed leather armchair to fall asleep in. Huge fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, 4 slot toaster, micro-wave, washing machine, the works. Bed is ultra comfy and the rooms are well insulated from noise outside. There are double electrical sockets each side of the bed (no usb). Slept very well. HUGE bath. It was a break my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed, and totally recommend.

The shower screen could do with an extension as water tends to splash out onto the floor (and that is the only very minor moan I have). Location - You may want to use a taxi or bus as Foxlow is located on the southern outskirts of town and it is a 25 minute walk into the centre. Going is ok, big steep hill on the walk back.

I was disappointed I bought it for my sons birthday for him and his wife they never get away on there own so I thought it would be a special treat but they had the Southampton football team there so they had couldn’t get in the room to 7 o’clock it wasn’t very clean so they went down and complained and come home they have gave them another night but it won’t be his birthday very very disappointed

Location is absolutely perfect, literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Lanes, very central and easy to find. The apartments were well decorated, clean and spacious. It was easy to check ourselves in and out. Couldn't have asked for more really. It was a beautiful weekend by the sea

The location was excellent—close to Public transportation and good pubs and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We did not have breakfast but were happy for the coffee machine and the nice garden to relax in morning.

The food served there is truly exceptional… Graham is a wonderful host and an even better chef! I’ll very happily stay and eat there again any time I’m in the area. All the staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The hotel has been open for a good while, and I know that since Graham has taken it over he has embarked upon on a program of updating it… I don’t doubt that he will continue with this and produce an idyllic place to stay when in that beautiful area.
