Second stay in 3 weeks and brought the family this time, kids absolutely loved it and the staff were fantastic with my ADHD son who can be very hard to manage at times. Can't praise the staff enough, the rooms were lovely and the balcony was such a bonus. Returning again next weekend for my son's 7th birthday . such a fab little find that's quickly becoming our second home

Staff were amazing and treated us like royalty. Location was perfect with Hyde Park across the road and Marble arch Metro on the corner. Very close to great shops. The facilities were fantastic and the room so comfortable. I utilised the gym and it was well set up. Could not fault anything. It was absolutely perfect.

No. 26 By The Sea deserves its reputation as the best place to stay in Oban. The attention to detail is exceptional, from champagne on arrival to assistance with dinner plans, from fresh juice and pastries delivered to our door in the morning to a superb gourmet breakfast.

Hotel location perfect and with parking available at £6 overnight . We stayed in a room that had recently been renovated, so looked and felt more like a Premier Inn (not a bad thing) than the dated decor that we have had when previously stayed here last year.

Hotel rooms currently being renovated, which is a good thing long term and required, but lots of work going on inside and outside of Hotel spoilt the stay a little.

The apartment was amazing, spacious and unique, the stay was attraction for itself . Very close to the center and path to the mountain. Nice and helpful hosts. Place I would most likely go to again if in Edinburg.

Our semi-basement level room looked out onto the rear carpark, from which there was some noise of arriving and departing patrons and of kitchen staff gathering for smoko. The room had a slightly musty smell of dampness.
