Location was excellent. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, lovely little roof top garden.someone always on the end of the phone to help with any questions. Great value for a central London location, we loved our stay.

The bed was very comfortable and soft. The lap blanket and cushions in Scottish style were great. We didn't have breakast at the hotel. The room was clean and cosy. It had all the necessary things for a holidaymaker.

When we opened the right tap with cold water, the running water was very hot. You need to let it run for some time so that it becomes cold.

The bathroom was a wet room. The floor was damp when we arrived and became very wet after showers as there were no shower curtains. The extractor fan was not working, and there were no windows. I highlighted the problem when we checked out as it posed a great risk of bodily harm from falling! The room was a bit overpriced, especially as breakfast was not included.

Extra Bed not made on arrival for a family room, room disappointing meant to be a suite nothing special at all, no one answered reception phone when I tried to call re bed. The extra bed was horrific once made kids spend night in a heap in the dip!
