  Good, central location. Ease of parking the car. Everything thing you needed, food, drink etc. Also dog friendly.

  Could do with an update, especially the carpets in the hallways. All the room doors make quite a loud slamming noise, which is quite annoying when the hotel is busy.

  Room too bright, no black out blinds and one window no blind or curtain. Very squeaky floor boards. Room too warm. Decor needs alot of refreshing the paint work. Shower dated and rusty, and door to Room had broken/split bottom. Service at Breakfast poor both waitresses in back room on mobile phones rather than greeting customers as they entered.

  Bar service on arrival was shockingly bad dirty tables and no bar staff for over 30 minutes. Bar was dusty and dirty lots of cobwebs in corners The room had damage to the wall and bedside table. Sheets had black dots on them and pillow cases were on inside out. Noisy gardening staff from 7am in the morning. For the price of a one night stay in this hotel (over £350) I expected something a little bit special. So so disappointed with the whole experience and I feel totally cheated. I would not recommend this hotel.
