Breakfasts-excellent . Dinner - delicious food , a bit pricey for what it was and on the first night of three nights stay we had to go find the waitress to pay the bill ! But overall the staff were brilliant. The area and views are amazing . Bed very comfy , bed linen and towels of a good quality .

We were in the Warren room which on entering looked amazing but sadly was NOT at all up to a 4star standard . Dust everywhere,inside drawers and all surfaces, a dirty kettle , broken lampshades , poor decor, carpet stain, dirt round the cracked sink plug hole . Photos attached . We did mention all to the front desk . We didn’t like the room not being cleaned at all during our three night stay or having to ask at the desk for tea, sugar etc even had to phone down for toilet roll . NOT 4 star service ! Outside flowerbeds neglected, full of weeds , paths and steps needing maintenance. Could all be amazing with money and decent management.

There were no drinks or snacks in the room even tho it did say there would be soft drinks and it’s normally customary to have a couple of packs of biscuits on the hot drinks tray. The breakfast was really lovely just a bit pricey

Noise from fans outside disturbed. Shower cream container did not work. Water from tap often spurted out and could soak you. Breakfast was worst my wife and I have ever had in a hotel. Potato scones were like cardboard. Scrambled eggs were in a disgusting liquid. Fried eggs very small. Bacon dried out.
