The hotel is relatively close to Paddington Station. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is good, including healthy options. The first room offered was very disappointing. Very small, no minibar, with stain in the wall, and no bathtub as was shown in the pictures. As I complained, it was offer another room in the same price. This was a little bigger, with complimentary water, and more confortable shower. The room has a coffee maker and 2 cookies. Also the street is very nice and quiet.

It is not a 4 star hotel. In the room there is no minibar, and the single beds are too small and not very confortable. The lobby has no charm. There are very few tv channel options. And there is no smart tv.

I had a suite that had a huge amount of space. 2 x TVs, Coffee maker, 2 x baths, 3 sinks, massive bed, plenty of seating areas, outside balcony. All you could ask for and more.

The leisure facilities need updating. The sky light blinds in my room needs replacing as they are all very 'tired' and would not close or open correctly. The main TV in my room could not get the usual channels you would expect - I would believe the room staff would not have tried the TV so no-one knows. I was ordering a meal and drink in the bar and the barman started to take my order, when a waitress asked him for a bottle of wine (as she was serving in the restaurant) he left me waiting as he went to fetch a bottle for the waitress. 10 mins later he came back and picked up where he left off - it felt like eating and drinking in the bar is second class. Breakfast - I was asked to pay extra for an Americano coffee, considering I paid £180 for the room I was surprised. Would I stay in the same room again - yes but it does need some small investment to make it amazing.

The exterior of the building and common areas were run down. 45 steps to get up to apartment with suitcases.

Not worth what I paid for, very average services and passable cleaning, the towel was dirty. I was asked to pay a security deposit of £50 to check in that will be reimbursed only 2 weeks after the check out which is not normal
