On arrival, the room I was booked into was on the annex. I requested no stairs, and there were stairs. It was dirty, dingy and smelled of cigarettes. There was noise and the the bed was lumpy and old. Tge furnishings were outdated and it looked like a cheap motel honetmoon suite with hearts all over! I was very disappointed as it cost a lot of money. I complained to the manager who, without hesitation booked me into an upgraded room in the main hotel. It was large, clean, modern, fresh, quiet, and the bed was a dream to sleep on. The rooms are a bit of a maze, but you eventually find your room! Cood and entertainment was good. The staff were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. The spa was fantastic and as were the two staff members. The location is perfect! Right on the beachfront. I must thank the manager and staff for their hospitality and I will definitely be returning!

The annex. No lift to reception. Some of the hotel is outdated. Too many steps! Rooms are hard to find. Reception area, as its the front of house, should be welcoming. Looks very dreary and outdated.

Holiday Inn hotels nearly always provide a good breakfast and this was no different. There were lots of cooked and continental options, so I was able to get a substantial breakfast which kept me going for hours! The breakfast room and public spaces were light and spacious, so the place felt relaxing to be in. As far as food options go, there was also a restaurant open in the evening, which I used once - good food and very convenient. One or two other things - I didn't use it, but there was a decent sized pool in the hotel and this would be great for many people. The location would also be excellent for anyone attending a conference or Comic Con event at the Telford Centre (about five minutes walk away).

I would have liked one or two extra items in the bathroom - facecloths are a pain to repack once they're wet, so providing one in the hotel rooms would be good. The bed was slightly firmer than I would like.

The cleanliness and furnishings of this property are number 1. Liz the host was nothing short of sensational. From welcoming us at the door, to checking us in and getting us settled. There’s even a little bar in the lounge area to enjoy a quiet drink. The included breakfast was superb and again the service was great. The property is well positioned to visit the marina which has a plethora of food and beverage outlets or the beach area. Off street parking also included. Highly recommend Cotswold House for your accommodation need in Falmouth.

A good location, free parking, and shops nearby to forage in. I wasn't expecting breakfast, but there was a continental breakfast included, with coffee, toast, boiled eggs and other stuff, which was a nice surprise. My room had been converted from something like a ballroom or large lounge, so had massive floor to ceiling windows overlooking the car park. Nice light, if you don't mind folk being able to see in.

A fantastic place to stay in London - stylish and clean, well-equipped and offering great self-service breakfast with high quality items. The host was responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed staying there and would love to return in the future (need to book well in advance, no doubt).

There is nothing about the property itself I did not like. I had a somewhat stressful experience trying to get there by 9pm (the watershed time due to the entry lock code changing every few hours). I ended up running to get there on time and just could not find it. It was a panic inducing moment. I could not get hold of the host and could not orientate myself, standing next to a virtually identical building on the next street. Luckily, some kind neighbours directed me to the right place, and I made it with 2 minutes to spare!

If there was Aircon, I needn't have open the window to horrendous traffic noise most of the night.
