The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Firstly, I think her name was Sarah, the girl on reception was amazing. Really helpful, cheerful and supportive during my stay. She helped me with directions to get home as I had lost my phone, and was always willing to answer any questions I had. The hostel is so close to London Victoria and Pimlico station, just a short walk, in a safe neighbourhood. And the beds! Wow! For me , they were very comfortable mattresses, really good for my back as they are quite firm, very clean also. I slept very well there. There was also free, secure (at your own risk) storage facilities that meant I could leave my guitar and bag safe;y overnight.

For a short overnight stay between train trips, I got everything I needed. Sure I could have had coffee and waffles brought to my bed for breakfast, but it’s a hostel not a hotel! Keep up the great work. Thank you. I’ll stay here again.

Lockers in each room could fit a whole bag which was helpful (don't forget to bring the a padlock), everything was clean, the room was spacious

You have to pay £3 to leave your bag at the hotel during the day, there were not enough places to hang bags, towels, etc in the shower; didn't have a water fountain (although they said any of the tap water is drinkable, I personally don't like drinking water from the toilet sink)

Lovely little cute cottage. Location was great within walking distance of town centre. Clean and everything you could need for little break.

On street packing was a bit tight- mostly down to other people.

Location & views, great food although overpriced.

Stayed in Clift, Dark hallway with poor lighting and the same in the room hallway light didn’t work, Noisy rooms, poor sound proofing. Would recommend staff/owner stay in a lower room (Clift) to experience the noise from above! Also the door marked as “private” at the bottom of the stairs was slammed constantly when staff were going in and out, this is a easy fix but but I had to speak to the manager as a complaint. Lastly arrived early and wasn’t expecting the room to be ready, however it still wasn’t ready at 3pm due to housekeeping staff shortage. As also previously mentioned the food prices are comparable to London? This pub is marked as dog friendly however there is no bins on the site to dispose of your dog waste? Instead your told to walk up the hill to the nearest bin? Odd.
