This lovely bungalow was in a quiet location, but very handy for public transport (bus stop 100 yds away) and on a circular route for Rhyll and Prestatyn town centre. The hot tub was fab, the rooms were spacious and clean, great garden. We'd planned on doing Nova Prestatyn parkrun and it was just a 20 minute walk to the start. There was a small convenience store on the corner plus a couple of takeaways and a pub. I'd definitely recommend it

Room was clean and we slept really well, we had rooms 9 and 7 just through the main door to reception, very handy ! Breakfast was lovely but we would prefer to see long hair tied up as there were hairs in my friends breakfast and a server had long curly hair not tied back? Other than that everything was good.

On google maps on your phone it doesnt take you to the hotel - warning if you are walking, we walkwws for miles late at night as the tunnel was closed and no taxis would pick up, it was late at night so two women following google maps, we were on the flyover but didnt realise the hotel was on the road beneath us ? Everyone does this apparently?

During our overnight stay in room 24 there was a lot of noise waking us up several times during the night , firstly at 2.30 am that went on for about 15 minutes , possibly a delivery not sure but took no consideration at all about the levels of sound they were making then again at 4 am more similar noises. Had terrible nights sleep . Food was hit and miss , full English came with half a tomato half a piece of toast half a mushroom , one piece of streaky back one egg and a tablespoon of baked beans, very misely we felt ,

Fantastic location in the heart of the village close to the river, the green, shops, pubs and cafes.

Obviously this is a very small village with limited parking and only an hour's duration. This suited me as I put the car into the large car park up the hill and thoroughly enjoyed the walk up there each morning to put a new ticket on (it does have the facility to do it on the internet but it was an app I didn't have!). However if you have mobility problems, it could be an issue to stay where parking is difficult.

Sadly the lift malfunctioned and i had to forcibly open the doors, this caused me to have a panic attack and feel extremely uncomfortable so we decided to immediately check out and return home.

Unfortunately the accessible room booked had developed a leak which couldn’t be fixed so had to locate to another hotel nearby. We were offered dinner at hotel and drinks as a thank you for understanding the situation.
