A perfect place to stay for where I was going which was a gig in Peak Cavern. The place itself was immaculately presented with a lovely sitting area and a great bathroom. My booking said to call into the restaurant in front of the accommodation to pick up the keys and I was immediately met by the owner who told me where to park and access the barn. I would also highly recommend the 1530 restaurant who own the accommodation, excellent food in a place with a nice vibe.

Great location as so close to Waterloo station. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. We were staying here for a special birthday. The hotel left balloons in our room, and a member of staff personally delivered a plate of treats to the birthday girl. Breakfast was delicious, with so much choice. Hotel was clean and tidy throughout.

The 'hosts' regular WhatsApp messages with codes and just relevant information with regards to the upcoming stay. Room 3 was much more spacious than rooms 4 and 5. The kitchen; yes, its communal but it had everything you needed.

The really thin walls separating two adjoining rooms. You could hear everything from toilet flushing, to kettle boiling, conversations, switches being switched on etc. Unfortunately, the three of us didn't sleep well at all. I know the traffic can't be helped but my goodness, it was relentless. I felt asthough the vehicles were in my room because the window when closed had a rather big gap around it which allowed so much noise in. I appreciate that earplugs were provided but they didn't help much at all. 'Thankfully' we only stayed for two nights so knew we'd sleep well in our own beds in no time.

The location was fantastic and meant we didn’t have to get up so early in the morning to catch our flight.

For a Hilton it just felt a bit old and didn’t have the luxurious feel you would expect from the Hilton chain. The staff at the check in desk didn’t acknowledge us and left it for another colleague to come over and check us in, she was lovely, it was just a shame her colleagues didn’t acknowledge us or say that she would be with us, once she has finished what she was doing. We were also a little disappointed with how basic the breakfast was and there was no opportunity to do a take away and there was no staff around to ask.

Terrible nights sleep due to Astoria club across the road singing anthems until 2am. No consideration for hotel customers. A warm might but we had to clise windows as volume was extreme. I understand this has been reported to the council who seem uninterested. It's a shame as we won't stay again because of this. Other customers being extremely disrespectful of others smoking cannabis which stank the corridor and seeped into our room. Also surprised to see people bringing plastic boxes into breakfast and after eating their fill, piling up their boxes and taking them out in carrier bags, including one who put hash Browns into the toaster machine, making a mess. No thought for others at all. I applaud the staff in their continued efforts to provide a good service.

When we arrived the road leading onto the property was closed there was a tiny map pinned on a traffic cone explaining how we had to drive a different way to gain access. We arrived after dark, the map was not very clear and we nearly gave up. It really wasn't a great start! We should have been told before hand.
