A really nice property, clean rooms and comfortable bedding. I opted for an all womens room and those who were also staying there were lovely. I think this is one of the nicest hostels I have stayed in, plus they sell hot food and drinks late into the evening which is a bonus! It's also very secure and a quick walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras station.

Good location, organised and useful kitchen facilities including room numbered fridge and cupboard, nice sized bath, easy to check in and out, free parking outside on the road, plenty of wardrobe and drawers spaces.

Bed too hard. No TV. Bathroom tiles in between grout need proper cleaning. Very grey colour scheme!

Sam and Beth, our hosts, were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much for them. The accommodation was most satisfactory, and the setting was almost rural and very peaceful .

The best thing about this property was the location.

The first thing we noticed was the very strong smell of “weed” in the sitting room. The bathroom was absolutely terrible, the shower unit was disgusting with lots of black mould. None of us used this facility. In the toilet there was an empty water bottle between the toilet and the wall. The whole place was badly decorated. Sockets were painted over and the door from the sitting room to the outside space was not what I would call secure. The kitchen was very nice but as we were only there for one night we didn’t use it. There is a lot of potential but it needs working on.
