Where it was situated. The Assitant Manager was helpful and friendly. The views from the Inn. The food was nice. The grounds surrounding the Inn and the beautiful hanging baskets.

The cost of Room 25. It was more like a Premier Inn than superior. The heat in the corridor and room. Had to have a fan on all night. The proportion of the room was all wrong and room in need of an upgrade. No one approached myself the following morning to follow up on my complaint.

Sink in main bathroom was unusable, it was partially blocked, as soon as you used it, the sink filled up and wouldn’t go down, we had to use the sink in the kitchen for hand washing and cleaning teeth. Only stayed one night for a theatre trip or would’ve reported. Property tired, needs updating. The bedrooms were so light due to thin curtains and no blinds, I couldn’t sleep.

Amazing location. Apart of that nothing else.

Very small room. Tv didn’t work. We couldn’t be able to connect tv with internet 3 nights. Obviously rooms being so small as the made that way to have as many people to stay and being financially beneficial for them. But I cannot accept the fact we couldn’t have our privacy on a room that you pay 110£ per night. A toilet/shower covered with a glass and you could see through everything the other person doing on it. Hospitals be spaces are larger than this room.
