Stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Cardiff to see PINK at the principality. 15 minute walk by the river took us to the principality stadium. Location was perfect, good communication and Mim kindly let us check in early. The property was perfect for what we needed, clean, nicely decorated with modern furniture, comfortable beds, plenty of fresh linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen and little extras like tea and coffee.

Can’t think of any negatives at all.

Fantastic location in a tranquil Lancashire village idyll. Food was fresh, plentiful, with a great choice of traditional and not do traditional dishes. Rooms were lovely. Most of all the staff were brilliant from breakfast to bar to dinner.

The location is reasonably good with an acceptable level of comfort and facilities, providing excellent Value for Money.

Parking is a little challenging, given there’s limited space available.

Close to the town, staff were really lovely Turkish restaurant next door was very good too

No night light so had to leave bathroom light on all night so I didn’t stub my toe on the bed base. No shaver socket but staff did get what they thought was right adapter but it was too small

Kirklands is a lovely hotel and close to family. Handy it has the bar and restaurant.

The room description was misleading. We had booked what was described as a family room and thought that was what it was, a room, but in fact is was 2 bedroom suite with lounge. If we'd known we would have our neice with us.

We didn’t notice that the fridge wasn’t working until the morning we left. Lots of food ruined. The mattress in the bunk beds is very hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The remote control in the bedroom had batteries missing and the cover missing. Several of the buttons in the remote control didn’t work.

NA as self catering.

A little thing but always makes a difference. A ledge with a side light would have been useful. We only had the main light which is quite stark. Nowhere to pop a book/phone/watch.

Good location

Wasn't advertised correctly, the garden was like a jungle, I booked based on the garden pictures as I wanted an area for my kids to be able to play out. This was not possible. There's was only 1 fork in the drawer, granted someone brought more when I messaged but this should of been checked before. 2 pans didn't have handles so couldn't be used and the bathrooms were dirty. You charge a cleaning fee so it's expected to be clean.
