The check in was speedy and efficient as was the procedure for ordering a taxi (on line, by tablet at reception) The Restaurant Staff were very nice (special mention for our Scouse Waiter (from Liverpool) who was great.) The Spa and pool was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening meal was well cooked and served, in a nice atmosphere, not too busy but not too quiet.

Breakfast could have been better. Not up to the standards we have had, for example, in Spain. There was tinned fruit, but no fresh, and the Toast was ready done and left on the buffet. Mainly white sliced, which was leathery to say the least. A selection of fresh bread, cold meats and cheeses or our European friends would, am sure have been appreciated. This is a significant hotel in the centre of a major tourist area, so more effort please on the breakfasts. That said, we will return.

We didn't have much choice really, everything on Skye was booked out and this was one of the last decent options. It was the worst stay of our whole trip, which doesn't mean it was bad though. Nothing exciting about it really, decent check in, big bathroom, convenient laundry service, breakfast is included and there were a bunch of choices too.

Overall the village and the hotel felt a bit creepy and empty I guess. I can't quite explain it. But it wasn't cozy like literally all the other places we stayed at. It felt like no one really tried to make it pretty and cozy. Which isn't a bad thing, and was still worth it's price. But didn't get us excited at all unfortunately.

The breakfast was so much more extensive than the breakfast order form suggested ! All beautiful and fresh. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever had. Great view of the river from my room and a real air of tranquility.

Repurposing old buildings often leads to odd features. The shower was stand alone and tiny, especially with the shelf in it for toiletries.

What a cosy, clean,quirky cottage. Lovely garden area with hot tub.We booked as a base for a Wedding in a nearby venue. Ideal central location and a lovely little town, lots of other places to visit nearby.

Our twin bedded room was lovely, and very clean, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. My daughter and I took dinner in the hotel and it was amazing, the best meal I have had for some time!! Thank you.

The location was very close to the train station, the kitchen had most things you'd want and it's a well lit apartment.

It's very small, the pictures make it look bigger than it is, the apartment wasn't cleaned when I wanted to check in, even though I was trying to check in at 8pm and it said check in from 3pm. I didn't have towels when I was finally let in. The host pretended to be helpful but wasn't and he then insulted me based on my physical appearance and suggested that other accommodation might have cancelled my bookings because I was a big guy that could make them feel uneasy. He never apologise for the comment, but I was astounded to say the least.
