Like staying in a friend or family’s spare room. 🥰 Great location 5mins tube station. 30 min walk to Tottenham Stadium (we went to see a concert) Chap met us with keys within 10 mins. Area looks a bit unsavoury as does house from outside, but I live on a council estate so fine with me. Lovely clean bright room bedding ect. Didn’t use kitchen/garden as only there 1 night but was exceptionally clean. Bathroom a little mouldy but still clean and you can see they are trying to eradicate this as no window to air unfortunately. Would defo stay again for the price/value.

Beautiful building in fantastic area - walking distances to a lot of the main sights in Bath. Also very clear instructions about check in and parking which were greatly appreciated. We had our own private living room which was amazing! We were also provided with a map of the city, tea and coffee and the host gave us some great recommendations for what to do in Bath. Will 100% stay here again next time i’m in Bath and have already recommended to friends!

Poor ventilation, no air conditioning which proved very uncomfortable with mid-twenties temperatures. Bare room, tea making without milk, barest of toiletries (hand and body soap).

There was an ants nest in the sitting room which must have been there for a while because there were a number of ant pesticides in the kitchen cuboard.The property was'nt as clean as we expected, there was dust under the radiators and behind the furniture. The cupboard front attached to the fridge door kept falling off. The mirror in the sliding door of one of the twin bedrooms kept coming off its rail, which was dangerous. The cooker and grill are very slow which was frustrating because it took ages to cook a meal.
