The apartment is a really good size, plenty of space in the open loung-kitchen, style bonus that it's a corner plot. Lounge windows let in a lot natural light. Loung furniture is on trend, and in harmony with the decor. Kitchen is small, but does have everything a couple would need. Bedroom is a good enough size, if you spend most of your time in the lounge. Bathroom has a tub-shower and generous sized sink, and quite big too.

View out the lounge windows is not appealing and a bit of an eyesore - looks out over a bus garage and mostly industrialised area. Couldn't get the cooker hob extractor to work. During our stay, the apartment was really hot, and there's a little too much outside noise to keep windows open. TV is too small for this apartment, and a larger screen would've looked the part; TV remote was playing up. Apartment is about 30 mins walk to Leeds city centre.

Comfortable room with all the facilities you need. Great coffees, teas and biscuits! Very comfy bed with high quality pillows and bedding. The breakfast is to die for. Fabulous quality ingredients. Hot food cooked to order and absolutely delicious! All of the staff are polite, friendly and cannot do enough for you!

Located right beside bus station so very noisy. Bus intercom on all day. Located outside the main streets of Liverpool so it's a bit of a walk into town and the area wouldn't be the safest spot for walking late at night.

The room was so hot given it wasn’t that warm outside, there is one fan on the wall for a large wall is adequate The breakfast was basic which I expected for the price but there is no dairyfree milk on site for those with allergies or vegan.
