Positive section of review
Ideal for a short stay, communication with owners was good which made the stay more enjoyable. The property has a small back yard which was nice to sit out in when we got there. The house was clean and well furnished with everything you should need. Joanne and Kenny emailed with suggests where to walk and eat which we did and was very nice. Perfect hosts and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautifully presented, very clean, and everything you need provided to a high standard. Location excellent, parking in surrounding streets not a problem pre school break up / in the week when we stayed . Not sure what it would be like at weekends and school holiday periods?

Reception directions - inadequate. Required breakfast item from printed menu “not available for sometime,”Breakfast price supplement (not mentioned when we ordered) of £4 omitted by default from invoice paid on departure was subsequently demanded by email after we returned home, Top floor room restricted compared with previous stays on lower floors -and we were not advised ahead; I am in my nineties!

The parking was aful. The lady was angry at me when I bave parked somewhere elsewhere and it was a tiny little space to park between roks and her car it was bad. The lady was a hit rude when I wrote down my email address and "she couldn't read it". I felt like she doesn't really like foreigners.
