Well what we can say about the view from our room? Stunning and apparently one of the best views in the whole of Wales. We booked a room with a balcony and quite frankly could have spent the holiday sitting there! The thermal spa is excellent and spotless. The whole hotel is just a really comfortable place with spectacular views in immaculate gardens.

Nothing really - couple of minor issues with breakfast not being quite right (missing poached egg!) but quickly rectified.

Great value for money... surprised at the size of the room and facilities (in-room) that were available... Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area - would recommend to anybody staying in the area for a short weekend stay - much better value than hotels nearby

Nothing really to report... Hamilton Arms Suit surpassed all expectations and made it a great short stay. Heard the Thai food is amazing - but did not get to try it.

Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear anyone walking up and down the corridor plus noise from the rooms above and creaky stairway Breakfast was basic for the price

There were building works going on that we were unaware of. I was getting married and when we were all getting ready we could just hear loud drilling. Also the morning after there was drilling most of the day. We paid over £1000 for 3 nights and it the works kind of ruined the vibe of the wedding morning! Also my friend was told she needed to pay £20 per room, per night extra as she had only booked 1 person in each room, when her booking confirmation said 2 people in each room.
