The location of the apartment is excellent - very close to major interest points of London. You have to walk like 30 minutes and you are there. Also, there are shops very close to it, also some fast food points where you can have good food. Kitchen is equiped with anything you need - you can cook. Coffee is on the house (good one) - there is an espresso machine in the apartment. Beds are very comfortable, you can use the heet if needed - we had really good sleep there. The owner is very kind, ready to help you on any matter, quick response anytime we needed. It was one of our best stays in European Capitals that we visited.

All members of staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hospitality available in all of the main rooms throughout the day was much appreciated.re waiting in for the breakfast at peak hour

The area was lovely, very quiet, great atmosphere, the city center in walking distance. The room was very nice and clean, also quiet as it faced to the back garden, I loved the view as well. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good design and it was spotless.

Spa was great. Room sizes, facilities were great too. We quite liked the lush green environment. Outdoors perhaps is what attracted us to the hotel to start with. Food was good value for money.

Spa was great but needs a little TLC as some aspects of it looked tired. Room facilities were great but some repairs seemed not properly finished. Cleaning wasn't great. It did not seem as if the rooms were hoovered for a while (days). After 9pm, there is nor room service, though you can order via Deliveroo or Uber eats etc (perhaps greater choice)...
