The receptionist greats you with manners, friendly and very polit, for what I paid for the room was reasonable and very clean. The bed sheets were fresh and white and i mean white. I travelled up to scotland as my grandmother was in hospital. Therefore bookings were last minute. Bon Accord Street is less than 3 minutes from Union Street, which is the main road that runs through Aberdeen City Centre. Would i stay again an the answer is yes. I will be coming back to stay.

Gorgeous property, and garden . Enjoyed a game of pool in the games room & rested in the lounge. Dressing room, bath, couch and TV in our bed room. Did not take our suitcases up the tight stairs on the 3rd floor. Very close to town. Host was informative on Arrival. We had the house to ourselves for 2 nites, view of the Abbey from the top level was amazing.

This was one of the nicest places Ive ever stayed at. Stayed here with my friends the night before my wedding, the staff were incredible, some of the most friendly and helpful people Ive ever come across! The rooms all had lovely character, were big and charming, the food! The food was excellent!

I recently stayed at the Novotel hotel (173 - 185 Greenwich High Rd, Greenwich, London, SE10 8JA, United Kingdom) and, regrettably, it was a disappointing experience. I had stayed there from May 25 to May 30. On the day of checkout May 30, morning 7 AM, the front desk personnel seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making baggage storage a frustrating process. And they denied to provide the Manager's contact number when asked. I was met with curt responses and dismissive attitudes. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them. The state of the hotel room only added to my dissatisfaction. The room was not clean; there were lots of visible stains on the carpet, the TV wasn't working and no response after informing to service desk. There was no improvement, and my concerns were largely ignored. Overall, my stay at Novotel was marred by unprofessional staff (one of the staff on May 30 morning 7am) and subpar cleanliness. For a hotel that positions itself as a reputable and comfortable option, it failed to meet basic standards of hospitality and hygiene. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay. There are many better options available that truly value their guests' comfort and satisfaction.
