Nothing, no room heaters though temperature was 7degree in night, Wi-Fi is very poor, and the whole night noise, we couldn’t sleep, sound from side washroom, walking sound like a ghost, ohhh it was miserable night. One of the worst hotels in my life. Staffs are not cooperative. I don’t want to keep memories of one night stay in my future life. Horrible experience.

We were self catering, the property was ideal for it.. the shops were neighboring which made it perfect. Location was great. Area was wonderful. Public transport was very good.

Good location for the town , and easy to find parking for as none available at the property. Old fashioned bar hotel. Very grand looking. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room, no 1, was extremely small, nowhere to sit except on the bed . There was one chair in a separate area , where there was a second bed. Shower was ok, but needs updating. Towels were on small side. Bed was very comfortable and linen of a high quality. Certainly not as luxurious room as described. There was no actual window as it was high in the eaves. Only teabags available, no coffee or milk. No glasses. Could have asked for these but didn’t want to stay in such a small room for too long. Food wasn’t available all day , except for cakes and crisps. However other places to eat within a short walk.
