This hotel was brilliant! Great value for money and great location. It was about a 10mins walk from the train station, but in a really safe and quiet area of london, which is nice after a busy day in London. The room was a great size, lots of room and the bed was really big. They also put a dessert treat in for us which was for our anniversary free of charge as a surprise which was lovely. The room had a great shower and bath. Everything was really clean and tidy and the staff were all lovely and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff is so professional and very welcoming and eager to help at anyway. They are fast and applying care for me and my kids. For example: I asked for a barber near me and the concierge walked with me to the barber outside the hotel and introduced me to the barber!
