Lots to see and do on the Royal Mile - there are lots of tours you can book. If you book the castle tour save time afterwards to explore the museums and see the crown of jewels - you don’t do this on the tours and they are worthwhile. We did the castle and the palace - if you have to choose one - I would choose the palace. We did the Harry Potter tour - in the rain- very atmospheric in the cemetery. We also did the underground vaults and walked up Calton Hill. The views are amazing. There are plenty of places to eat - we had some great food in little bistros on side streets of the Royal Mile.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

A very comfortable stay in a spacious room with a comfortable bed. Access to the airport is so easy using the shuttle bus. We made use of the lovely pool and sauna which was a bid plus. We would definitely stay here again.Guest review byBarbaraUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The location was very convenient, with a market nearby that offered everything one might need during a short stay. While the approach lane wasn’t particularly impressive, the apartment itself exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained and very comfortable inside.Guest review byREHAN HABIBUnited Arab Emirates - 2.0

While I found the room itself comfortable and well-presented, unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by a series of distressing events. During the night, there were repeated electricity outages which triggered alarms multiple times. This culminated in the arrival of firefighters at my room—an unexpected and unsettling experience. To add to the concern, there was no staff present at the reception during this time, which left me feeling quite unsafe and unsupported. To date, I have not received any form of apology, explanation, or gesture of goodwill from your team. I believe a situation like this warrants not only a sincere apology but also a degree of accountability and customer care, especially considering the level of disruption and concern caused.Guest review byStephanieUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Queensferry is a lovely town, but suffers as all have from shops being turned in to hairdressers and charity shops. Could do with a little bit of care and attention to some of the lovely old buildings which are looking a bit stressed.Guest review byMalcolmUnited Kingdom - 10.0

An old, historic town which has managed to update itself without losing the charm of it's really quite special old stone buildings, with a number of attractive side streets leading to the loch edge. Plenty coffee shops, gift shops etc, and of course the Palace where Mary Queen of Scots was born. Ready access to the canal, railway and motorway to Stirling and Edinburgh, apart from the many other towns in the area. Too many potential attractions to list here.Guest review byRobert - 8.0

I love Edinburgh. I’ve been before a few times.
I love Edinburgh. I’ve been before a few times. So much to see and do, and the local people were very friendly and helpful. I still have a list a (Royal) mile long of things I’d like to do and see, so I’ll be back again soon. On this occasion, myself and my local Rock Choir were performing at The Fringe, so I didn’t have so much time for myself, but we all had a fabulous stay and beautiful weather, too!Guest review byAlibeth8United Kingdom
