A beautiful boutique-hotel in the middle of the city. The room was spacious and bed was very big and comfy. All the facilities are in good conditions. We enjoyed our stay here. We asked for a couple of vases for our flowers and the staff found them in a second.

Our recent stay at this hotel was, in a word, perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making us feel instantly welcome. Our room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The location was superb, allowing easy access to Venice's magic while still feeling serene. Every single detail, from the quality of the breakfast to the ambiance of the common areas, exceeded our expectations. We honestly couldn't find a single fault. This is lovely, large, two bed and two bath condo with a view of the canal from every room. The master bedroom has a small balcony with two metal chairs so you can sit and watch the gondolas go by. Watching them with a cup of coffee was my favorite morning activity. Intermittently waking up to the songs sung/music played by musicians on the gondolas was lovely. The appliances are in great condition and toiletries are provided. The apartments are hosted in conjunction with Hotel Bruno and their service is impeccable. We were taken care of two gentleman named Stefano most of the time but the team works together and are all wonder. They provided clear directions to Hotel Bruno from the rialto ferry point. We checked in with them over a welcome juice and they walked us to our apartment m, helping with our bags. They booked our gondola ride and walked us to the pick up point to catch it. They booked our private water taxi and helped take our bags to its arrival point on the day of departure.

The hotel was just magnificent, perfect location just near Piazza San Marco, clean room and big shower room, friendly staff and nice breakfast with eggs, mozarella, salami etc. There is a lift so no problem with luggage, which is not everywhere in Italian hotels. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The only thing is a bit unpleasant smell in the room but you get used to it ))
