When we arrived, there were renovations being undertaken and our balcony was closed. The staff was so accommodating in providing us with additional services and I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience. I went with just myself and my daughter as a surprise night away and we look forward to coming back.

We had a truly exceptional experience at JW Marriot Gold Coast Resort and Spa. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top notch. The staff were warm, attentive and went out of their way to ensure every need was met. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed and immaculately clean offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury with a breathtaking view from the balcony. Waking up to a panoramic view of high-rise buildings of gold coast along with a view of sea was an unforgettable and mesmerizing experience and added extra layer of relaxation to our stay. The amenities were outstanding with elegant and relaxing ambiance making it an ideal place for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommend JW Marriot Gold Coast Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay. I look forward to returning!

The Gold Coast is a beautiful place, lots of things to do, shops, beautiful beaches, and a lovely place to breakaway to either for a weekend breakaway or long-term holiday destination. It has an airport close by and so much to do in an around that you will and can never be bored. I recommend the Gold Coast to any tourist or local to visit.

    1st visit,loads to do.

1st visit, loads to do. Takes longer to get anywhere due to high volume of traffic lights, and right turns on these take SO long. Loads of shopping, but plenty of nature to enjoy, with parks and water close by. Not too far to theme parks, whale-watch trips etc.

QLD transport has 50c public transport fares as at July 2025...

QLD transport has 50c public transport fares as at July 2025 so if you get the limited stop 777 bus from the GC airport to your accommodation you can transfer at Broadbeach South to the light rail/tram for the same fare. The tram is in the process of being extended between Broadbeach and Burleigh so lots of delays along the highway. Once you get off the highway the beach front is still gorgeous. Main Beach has a short strip of nice restaurants, Burleigh Heads Beach area is lovely for sunsets and Broadbeach has everything you need. We tend to visit in July most years and get lovely warm winter days around 20c in the middle of the day. Shorts and T Shirt weather! Lovely coastal walk between Braodbeach and Surfers Paradise all paved.

I visit the G.C. often as I have family living there. I love the G.C. as it has everything and great weather! Whatever I need is available on the G.C., aswell as great medical facilities. There is always something to do and I appreciate the farmer's markets and free entertainment! The beaches are clean and spacious! The roads are good and getting better! Heaps of choices where to eat and all needs catered for! Beautiful scenery and drives to Springbrook and Beechmont. Rivers and waterfalls to visit and swim in and if you enjoy gambling , racing etc there are plenty of venues. I always recommend The G.C. to tourists and friends💖✌️

The Hotel was easy to find. Close to everything, Casino, Pacific Fair, etc...... The access and parking was brilliant. Plenty of parking. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant and bar facilities were just down from our room. Great meals and Bar staff friendly. Will definatley recomend to family and friends when travelling to Gold Coast. Will stay there again on next trip and on our way back home to NSW from Yeppoon.

Absolutely stunning views from the ocean view apartments. My parents were visiting from the UK and that is certainly the way to show them to gold coast!! I had bought Sky Point tickets to show them the view and it honestly was just as good from our balcony. Room wasnt ready at check in but the waiter at Hyde bar gave us a round of free drinks whilst we waited. Excellent service and im so pleased they left a good impression for my family.

Easy, cheap and quick to get to from Gold Coast Airport. Buses run every 15 mins to Broadbeach South Station. On alighting the bus the hotel is visible. We arrived at hotel at 11am and were allowed to go to our apartment immediately. The hotel is quiet and a 10 min walk to Pacific Fair and the surf club and down town restaurants
