Lovely split level apartment with 2 double bedrooms upstairs and living area and kitchen downstairs with lovely interior and a homely atmosphere. This property is situated on Brixton Road within a 10 min walk to the heart of Brixton and 10 min walking distance to Oval Cricket Ground. There is a buss stop opposite the road of the property which will take you into Central London in 10-15 min. The nearest underground is Oval tube station for Northern line or Brixton Station for Victoria Line or train services. The accommodation is family friendly, the property has a XBox 360 and Kinect game console, TV and WiFi. There is a fully fitted Kitchen with all modern commodities and washing machine. Parking is available against a small daily charge.
Brixton is a vibrant area with a wide selection of eateries, shops and entertainment. Brixton Village offers a tapestry of food outlets from all corners of the world. The area has several lovely parks in close proximity, Brookwell Park, Myatt's Field Park, Kennington Park to name a few. There is a local Tesco 3 min walk from the property. The property is within walking distance to Brixton Academy, Oval Cricket Ground and Ritzy Cinema. There are a variety of gyms in very close proximity of the property and Brixton Recreation Centre is within walking distance or a short buss ride away.
