Gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung (Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet), unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out, Bahnstation direkt gegenüber, so dass das Zentrum von London sehr gut in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist, auch Greenwich (in die entgegengesetzte Richtung). Nachbarschaft in dem Wohnblock ruhig. Das Parken in der Garage sehr komfortabel und praktisch, obwohl die einzelnen Parklücken relativ eng sind. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine, ansonsten soweit alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
