The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place 10 mins on the DLR to central London. The apartment is located in the historic Narrow street and features 1 bedroom and an additional Murphy double bed so in all sleeps 4. Very close to canal networks and historical landmarks, local restaurants and experience all of what the city can offer. We offer: 24x7 guest support Professionally cleaned Hotel quality bed linen and towels
We will be always at hand to facilitate check in . As we live locally we can be called upon to provide any assistance whenever needed.
Narrow street is historic site and can be traced as far back to 1500s when the area was notoriously known for its rather sinister and vice oriented activities. The first of the docks that serviced the far east and the Caribbean countries the street played host to innumerable sailors from across the world on ships that brought tea and cotton to the UK. It’s got quaint pubs that go back to 14th century and where the likes of Oscar Wilde and Samuel Pepys took their literary inspirations. Notable neighbours include Sir Ian Mckellan. The neighbourhood is of course quite gentrified since the 1960s and the old and new constructions stand side by side testimony to the resilience of time. Flanked by two banking districts - Canary Wharf and the City of London this area is well connected by buses, tube and Uber boats that can take you into central London in minutes. Just west of the apartment you can walk down the riverside to the Tower of London which is approximately 1.5km away.
