New name 144 Eight Berglen Court Pre book now we are opening this room and shower room in June! This is the 2nd guest bedroom in the apartment on the sixth floor. The room is offered on a room only basis. You have a shower bathroom in the hallway and breakfast tea you can make yourself in the kitchenette in the morning. The deluxe double bedroom contains a sofa, desk, double bed and wardrobe. The shower bathroom is in the hallway just next door to the bedroom. Towels and linens are provided. Check in between 3pm and 8pm. From April - August you can have deck chairs on the balcony, go through the salon-lounge from 11:30am to 15:30pm and enjoy the outside as an alternative to taking the stairs all the way down to the garden. You may use the balcony between the hours 11:30am and 15:30pm only. You can use the garden outside 24 hours. The new bedroom and bathroom photos will be here soon, pre book your stay in our guest room dates available to come and stay from 20th June 2023
I stay at the apartment sometimes and we rent two rooms out regularly, there is a salon-lounge dining room for private use and which form part of other offers. I will be there to check you in and show you around, please drop the keys off in the letterbox when you check out at the end of your stay. You will be given one rechargeable battery powerbox for the shower and a lamp in your bedroom, keep it unplugged when not in use. You are booking the room only option in an apartment with a balcony you can access from the salon-lounge and a key to go into the Berglen Court garden downstairs. For full Kitchenette and Salon-Lounge with dining area look for the other room type: one room in the apartment it is priced to include 24 hour access. There is the option to pay by cash or transfer to my UK bank account at the property; I can now take credit and debit card payments in advance and at the property during check-in.
