A 3 bedroom modern home that can be rented all together or individually. Each room can host 2 people with a family room that can host up to 4 people. This property offers a contemporary kitchen which includes a Hotpoint washing machine, Hoover Fridge, microwave, Zanussi oven with hobs and a Nespresso coffee machine. Each room has a flat screen TV, a small fridge bar with free Wi-Fi stretching throughout the property. These rooms also include their own wardrobes. Bathroom is comprised of a bathtub, toilet and well served with hot and cold water.
Experienced host in hospitality management who's top priority is the comfort of the guests. I'm at genius level 3 so I am no stranger to accommodating guests. Speak a wide array of languages to make guests feel more inclusive.
Sydenham is a very historical place, with a friendly community coming from various parts of the world. Located close to a high street and train station with public transport being very accessible. It also has a 24 Hour supermarket within less than a minute walk away. Sydenham is known for it's parks including Crystal Palace park. One of the park's hosts one the most famous Green Parrots. Due to its location near a high street, there is diverse range of restaurants to choose from with many different cultures. Located in a quiet residential area where the crime rate is very low. The street also has an artistic touch of paint.
