This stylish 4 bedroom house is ideal for family and groups on holiday or short break in the UK. The house has recently been refurbished throughout - new kitchen, bathroom and redecorated. Located in great location 10 mins walk to Lee Train Station. From there it is 15 mins on train into central London. Nearest DLR station (Lewisham) is accessible via bus or Lee This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Both historic Greenwich and Blackheath are easily accessed by public transport. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Lead host must be over 25 years of age - must produce ID on check in. 2. Names and ID of all other guest MUST be given prior to or on check in. 3. No parties under any circumstances allowed. If you require a house for a party please do not select this property. 4. No amplified music - the property is in a quiet residential area. All hosts MUST respect our neighbours. 6.. No smoking house. 7. Landlord lives 3 minutes away to assist hosts and deal with any queries should they arise.

Lovely quiet residential neighbourhood in Lee SE12. Minutes from central London via train and Blackheath, Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley and other surrounding areas by various buses. The local park is 10 minutes walk, with larger parks in the famous Greenwich Park and Blackheath only minutes on a bus. Please note that the house cannot be used for any parties, stag or hen nights. Amplified music is also forbidden. Public transport is readily accessible. Lee station is 5 minute walk and a train from there takes 15 mins into central London. Local bus stops are 5 minutes walk where you can catch a bus to Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Blackheath and other locations. The house is really in an ideal location for getting around London and Kent.
