Great location and amazing staff. Got a room upgrade, which was a very nice touch, as we ended up using the AC during the night. Truly grateful and thank you! The room had a good size. Clean and crisp bedsheets. Did not have breakfast. There is luggage storage at the Concierge.

The room was TINY but they made very good use of the space available. The AC worked GREAT! They could have installed more hooks for hanging clothes. I don’t know where winter guests would put their coats and no place to hang raincoats either. Unpacking was impossible- no good place for a suitcase even. Good for those coming in summer without any substantial luggage.

London is not what it used to be, not even 10 years ago. Too many “pray to Allah” and Bollywood friends. Also too busy. Do not recommend visiting London. Wales is a better choice as well as English country side of Edinburgh, Scotland and the smaller towns.

Been here a couple of times, the city doesn't cease to intrigue me. Architecturally marvellous, culturally diverse, food options unmatched, and green spaces simply uncomparable to any other city I've been to. My bike did get nicked within 5min, even in a nice area, so I guess the stereotypes are true. But besides that one incident, I've always felt save (male, though).

The apartment was a massive let down with maintenance issues...

The apartment was a massive let down with maintenance issues which unfortunately were left unresolved, however we made the most of our time visiting many of the iconic buildings, museums etc. I spend a week in London every summer and have done these past 20 years always staying in a hotel, this however it was my first experience of staying in an apartment. The location of the apartment is advertised as Kings Cross however it is in fact in Farringdon/Clerkenwell which is in the borough of Islington. Apartment is a 20 minute walk from Kings Cross station. Farringdon rail and underground stations are within a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction with plenty of nice eateries and bars. It was my 10 year old grandson’s first visit to the city so we took him to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge which he thought was awesome. We visited Downing Street as well as Westminster Cathedral and Big Ben all located in area of Westminster. We also visited the science museum, The V&A museum and the National History museum all located next to each other in South Kensington. For those travellers who like to experience something quirky we visited the Paradox museum which is located opposite Harrods department store. There is a charge but tickets can be booked very easily online. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and although you can see everything in an hour to an hour and a half it was well worth the cost. As for dining out we had hoped to take our main meal in the apartment, however given the lack of tangible information on how to use the appliances (available on YouTube) would have been far better to have had a booklet with the relevant information we made do with eating lunch at McDonalds and a few of the pub/ restaurants for our main meals. Finally, for all Harry Potter fans if you have time then a visit to Kings Cross platform 9 and three quarters to have pics taken and visit the shop Is a must!

London is a great place to go if you never want the ability to complain that you are bored! So many things and amazing places to go do and see. We spent two days there and left feeling like we would like to return again to continue an adventure there. Definitely worth a visit, if you love old amazingly built building and being surrounded by rich old architecture then London is the place to go.

Our favorite hotel in London, where we have stayed many times the last ten years. Nice apartments with kitchenette. Good location in a nice area, close to two tube stations and several bus lines nearby, easy access from Heathrow, many restaurants, museums and nice areas to walk around in. The hotel has been good at fulfilling our wishes regarding floor plan etc. Also, nice and good service by Urszula in the office. Thank you!

Took two appointments for my daughter’s wedding for the family to be together. The service we received was great. We had the apartment above our grandchildren so they made frequent visits using the lift which only added to what was in every way an exceptional stay. The location was amazing as was the furnishings in both apartments. We will use this for future stays in London as it has a hotel feel with the convenience of a flat.

I rated this hotel highly because my expectations were quite low given the budget price. As a regular gig-goer I am used to staying in cheaper more dated hotels, some of which have been awful. as far as value for money this is a great stop over. Has all the essential facilities and the rooms were pristine, staff were so friendly. We didn't get to try the restaurant, it seems about right for london price wise though.
