Spacious 1-bedroom flat located in the heart of Sutton on Benhill Avenue (SM1 4DL). Centrally located, it is a 7min walk from Sutton High Street, which has hypermarkets, restaurants, shopping mall and more! Sutton train station is a 15min walk away (or 5min by bus) which has regular trains to Central London (Victoria/London Bridge) taking less than 30min. The flat itself is equipped with all the main amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. The flat is on the Lower Ground Floor of a converted Victorian house. There are 3-4 steps into the patio, which leads to the flat entrance on the Lower Ground Floor. Thereafter your flat is on the same floor. The flat itself has a bathroom (with a bath, not a shower), a double bedroom, with plenty of storage space, and a very large living / dining area, with a sofa-bed. You also have a separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, cooker, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans, kettle, toaster etc..
