The location is great - close to many attractions and restaurants/cafés. The room was quite and clean; there was even access to a shared balcony. The front desk/door situation works well - someone always manned the front desk, taking your room key while you are out, and giving it back when you return.

I have stayed here before and it is hotel of choice in Rime. It is located in best area, close to transport, comfortable, very helpful staff. This is a budget hotel, so don’t expect 5 star facilities. If however you want a cosy, we’ll situated hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, then this is the perfect hotel.

It was well located, had a very nice entrance that didn't look like a loading dock and the staff was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast but there were a few cafes right around the corner that served a very generous and well priced breakfast. The rooms were comfy and clean with daily maid service.

Excellent location in safe area. Reception open 24/7. Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) and towels renewed everyday. Soundproof and lightproof window. Small fridge in the room. Would book again.

Convenience , location, the staff, we're all amazing. Concierge arranged taxis and private car transfers and assisted with restaurant recommendations. We will stay with this property again. 24-hour desk reception, they have a wheelchair sized for the lift for persons with impairments; although the entry is not zero, the threshold is approximately 1.5", and we were able to lift the front wheels of my husband's electric wheelchair for a smooth entry. Our collapsible travel chair was stored on the entry-level and kept charged. Although our bathroom didn't have grab bars, however, we managed well enough. Towels, toiletries, and all necessary amenities were provided.

The hotel is in great location! The main places are in walking distance. As the hotel location was excellent, I didn’t care much about the comfort. The staff was very polite and helpful!
