- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 540 reviewsFood quality was great. Bit more variety on the evening meals would help for those staying longer than 4 days but that is being picky. Fantastic breakfast - if there is something you want but cannot find on the buffet then ask the chefs - all very helpful. The spa was amazing and great for a rainy day. Location is perfect for walks and local communities. Room was cozy and comfortable. For 6 days we could have done with booking a bigger room - it is worth checking the options for longer stays - but the bed was super comfy and we wish we'd bought the robes.Guest review byArronUnited Arab Emirates
- From $168.03 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 2,857 reviewsWe had an amazing stay here. The staff were so kind and accommodating. When an issue with our room couldn't be resolved, they moved us to a better room, to ensure that we had a comfortable stay, which was amazing. The space was beautiful, with stunning views and clean, stylish interiors. There were beautiful walks, tennis courts, games, restaurants, with easy access to St Ives. Would definitely recommend, for the fabulous staff and gorgeous, comfortable spaces.Guest review byMeganFrance

London is a fabulous city full of great historical sites,...
London is a fabulous city full of great historical sites, culture, hidden places, and many neighborhoods to explore. Even with the good transportation - underground, busses, walking and trains it still takes some time to get around. When the guide guys tell you you can see 5 different sites/ neighborhoods in a day they are wrong. And they need to tell you that even though some sights are free- you need to book ahead online. I missed the British Museum because I would have waited in line without the reservation for 1 1/2 hrs at least. I was there a week and 3-5 more days would have been better. All in all, I got to see the highlights and some surprises. Westminster Abbey, lunch at the Red Lion,Downing Street, Trafalgar Square, The Mall, National Gallery, Buckingham Palace, changing of the Guards, Hyde Park, Tower of London, west End theatre - The Mousetrap, 2dinners at Harry’s across from the Clermont Hotel and 2 wonderful times just hanging at the parks near my hotel enjoying the peace. A couple of helpful apps for transportation are TfL go and National Rail. Downside was there were too many tourists in early August and it makes it difficult to maneuver the streets. I would love to come back maybe early spring or late winter❤️Guest review byLauraEcuador - 10.0

A real eye opener, I didn't really know what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised. The city was clean and felt very safe. Lots of things to see and do, the waterfront is always busy with shipping plying up and down the river. The Liverpudlians we met while out and about were very friendly and helpful.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 8.0

It’s a shame you couldn’t walk around the pleasure beach fun fair without having to pay an entrance fee like you used to be able to years ago . Felt like you were missing out. Too old for rides but young enough to walk round it. Blackpool was kept very clean by the council workers , excellent job there. Lots to see and do .Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Full of diversity and colourful people.
Full of diversity and colourful people. We had everything we needed on the doorstep, local shops, places to eat clubs, bars ect the team was a great, easy and cheap way to get around. Lots can be explored on foot, the museum is definitely worth a visit. We went to Tonight Josephine and had a blast, the drag queen's are awesome, cocktails were excellent The following night we went to Box, such a great place we'd go back again for sure. Great cocktails again and pricing was reasonable. Zizzi for food, but a.local weatherspoon is also a good place.for good cheap grub!!Guest review byAndrew - 10.0

York has a wide range of things to do and see, just walking around the centre offers a lot of variety from the narrow, medieval, shopping streets of the Shambles, to York minster, the Roman walls, Clifford's Tower and more besides. There are plenty of places to stop and eat and drink while you explore.Guest review byKevinUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Location iscideal for our terminal. We booked the airport taxis from the machine in the foyer. Which was easy to use and reliable. Only stayed the 1 night before our early flight the next day. We did not arrive at the hotel until after 22:30 pm.Guest review byJudithUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The 'Great Western' ship (built by Brunel) was interesting). The 'Concorde Museum' was great! The last Concorde that flew.! I went over to the coast to Portishead and was amazed by the 10 meter tidal range. See the locks operate when the sailboats go in or out of the yacht basin.(In the Florida Keys we only have about 1 foot tide range!)Guest review byRobertUnited States - 8.0
the location, price, breakfast was good.
the location, price, breakfast was good. Let down by the parking fee @ £20, room small, toiletries very cheap, used my own. Went for a funeral so didn't look around, but went to the city center for food as more choice for Gluten Free.Guest review bySuzieUnited Kingdom
