Wow, what an amazing stay! Great service from the start. The woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She was so incredibly attentive and kind. The rooms were very clean- comfortable bed, AC worked well, nice hot showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and working TV. We also had to check out early for a tour and they stored our luggage and had a bathroom for us to shower and change afterwards. The lobby was also clean, always greeted with a smile and great service! Kareem was amazing. We had an issue with our tour and he went above and beyond with helping us. He also sent us a list of recommendations for the island. Very helpful and informative! Definitely would stay here again especially with the staff.

The property has been the best accommodation I've ever stayed in (from all over the world). The room was fully equipped, super clean, the staff were extremely supportive and with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable. They even offered me a brief free massage at their spa and a welcoming ( delicious!) cocktail. I fully recommend this place. Look forward to coming back again. The ladies in the reception were very kind and helpful. Always happy to help. Thank you for making my stay one of the most memorable ones. Best wishes, Elizabeth Hernández

The Senda Watapuy is stunning. From the moment you walk up to the main building you’re greeted by an incredible view overlooking the pool towards the hills and lush forest. All the buildings and decor are beautiful and it really feels like a peaceful getaway, and still within walking distance of Tayrona Park. The restaurant and bar were also great. We had breakfast and dinner here every day and the food and drinks were delicious. We loved every bit of our stay.

This hotel is amazing. I was traveling with my 11-year old autistic son and we had a blast. It's very family friendly. Food was wonderful. Staff was super friendly too. Our bedroom had a stunning ocean view. I absolutely loved their hours of operation for breakfast (until 11:30 am), lunch (until 5:30 pm), and dinner (until 11:30 pm), so this is the all-inclusive I'm talking about. We could wake up late, still have great breakfast, eat in the middle of the afternoon, and have dinner after 8 pm. We only ate at the La Fuente restaurant next to the reception. I also used their room service to order snacks and it was great too. Their snack bars are awesome and drinks are great. They try to make whatever drink you ask. The beach was great too. Super clean sand, warm water (even for December), and beautiful view. We also had a chance to walk around to other attractions. Great location! This was my third time in Cancun and now this is my favorite hotel!!!

We (family of five) had a wonderful experience in this hotel. There is space for every kind of people, whether you want to relax and rest or whether you want to have fun in the party. The staff is extremely friendly, , Blanca Quezada from reception, Ernesto with glasses from reception, Roberto Rodas from the beach and many more always looked out for our comfort. The food is very good, the buffet, especially breakfast, there is a lot of variety to choose, fruits, pancakes, eggs, salmon, cooked meals, variety of breads, salads, mexican dishes, etc... Rooms are very comfortable. We wanted to read and relax and our room was very silent, we could only hear the sound of the sea. We would definitly go back.

I loved the food a lot, even the sundries sold on the street like the coconut water! The people I interacted with are genuinely good people. I didn't run into any problems when dealing with anyone professionally or non professional. I didn't interact with many locals of the areas I visited. I'd prefer to see how ordinary people live from day to day! It was too short period of time to know if there was public transportation to get around the city of Punta Cana

This is a town where tourism dominates.

This is a town where tourism dominates. The October weather was very hard to tolerate - ten minutes outside of air-con spaces has you soaked in sweat. I made it to a beach but didn't like the look of the murky water and the mess of drifted detritus at the edge. I was there in transit basically and should have either gone directly to my end destination or cut my stay to an overnight. At the airport, once you know where to look for it, there is a bus which gets you into the centre and beyond for cheap rates. But to get to the bus location you have to thrust through a wall of taxi touts. I have no urge to return to Cancun.

Sadly San Andres is run down, dirty and expensive. Save your travel money for Medellin or Bogota when traveling in Colombia. They try and compete w Europe & Miami when it comes to prices for Hotels, Rental Cars (buggies) and restaurants, but they are not even close in quality. I love Colombia, just not the beach towns / islands

So many shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance, Everyone was so nice and helpful. What a Beautiful place to stay. We stayed at the Scuba Lodge, It was nice to charge food to your room, or stop in for a drink in the bar. There is so much going on in the evening time and so many things to do and see. There is a lot of pride on their island. Was hoping to find the pigs and flamingos, but was unsuccessful, but did see some beautiful sites and outstanding beaches while looking for them. Oer all an A+++ Highly recommended. Oh and I highly recommend going on the Aquafari, it was amazing to see the fish and sea life. Eating at El Goucho Steakhouse was Delicious, and the view was and ambience was amazing . Everywhere we went the ambience was a coffee house style. Wonderful!!!! And do take time to go to the Distillary, It was fun and educational. I highly recommend the Iguana Cafe outdoor eating by the Queen Anne Bridge.

Plenty of parking on the street you don't have to stay at a hotel on the beach to be there and there are trees you can sit under for free if you don't want to pay for chairs. It is as beautiful as any beach I have ever been on. Pristine white sand with good surf/ waves warm ocean water.

It’s a great city. Deja Resort is a great place to stay. The staff makes you feel comfortable. Very pleasant staff. The dining room staff such as Satia and Miss Marie and also the dining room supervisor makes us feel so welcome. What I really appreciate about this hotel is that this hotel offer any amount of nights you want to stay. It’s reall budget friendly. I was searching for an all inclusive with a reasonable price that would allow my kids to stay also. I shopped around and couldn’t find any but Deja resort gave me the opportunity. They also call and check with me to see how things were going and that made me feel so special.
