Amazing location, fantastic views. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a lovely margarita at the bar one night after a day of sightseeing. My husband proposed at this hotel 7 years ago and it hasn’t lost its appeal. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Being accused of things we did not do! Key was put back as requested - accused we didn’t. Now claiming locks are to be changed - at our expense. Accused of leaving mess - we didn’t, and we have photographic evidence to dispute this! The cleaner claims we didn’t wash up etc, we have video proof that we washed up before leaving. We are yet to see photos of this, will not answer the phone to us to discuss, will only send text messages. Lovely accommodation, completely let down by accusations that are not true by the owner and “cleaner”.

Had to use the service lift as the other one was not working. We were on the 5th floor so needed it. This was an expensive hotel and I think some compensation would have been fair. I know things break down, but I don’t feel an apology was enough.
