Good hotel near the motorway. Has its own restaurant with a simple standard menu, but the dishes are prepared freshly and tasteful. We enjoyed diner here very much. Breakfast was simple but very neat and tasteful too. English as well as continental breakfast available. The staff greeted us pleasantly and told us to register the vehicles first. Free parking is wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor. A bit of sound from the motorway, but not too disturbing. Rooms are good and very clean. Very good bathroom and hot water. Close to the channel or Dover ferry from here. WiFi is password protected and works accordingly for most purposes. Not super quick, but good enough. Nice place for a stay over. I would definitely recommend this hotel again. The price/quality level is okay!

No serious negatives I can think about. We were worried about the dogs that are aloud in the hotel, but this posed no great issue.

Beautiful room, well furnished and comfortable. Our room was on the Main St. We checked in and were shown to our room by a member of staff who informed us of the facilities, the help number available if we required it and the complimentary breakfast. The check out person asked us if we enjoyed our stay and wished us a good onward journey.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good value for money. Although there was no concierge service, the receptionist helped me with my bags to my room as I also had a buggy and a 2 year old, so that was really nice.

There were hairs in the base of the shower from a previous guest which made me feel a bit meh, but not enough to make a complaint.

Lovely welcoming hosts, Chalet very clean and in a super private spot in the garden- loved the garden lights. Super breakfast - I had an early start and hosts happy to put on breakfast early. Great access to Northwood House and into Cowes.

My cooked breakfast arrived before I had time to eat cereal but this may have been a misunderstanding, it did not impact on my breakfast enough to ask for it to be taken away and brought back.

Parking wasn’t clear. The website mentioned parking at Stratford international, which I did. To then be told you have to park in the actual Westfield. Cost me an extra £8 which wasn’t ideal.

TV wasn not working properly. Also, every morning we had to wait for hot water in the shower. Breakfast quality was not very good. And what about "room service", so we had to go to the reception and take everything to our room.

We have never stayed in such a small room. So small had trouble walking around the bed without touching the television that was on the wall. I am sure this room was meant for a single person. No fridge . Only one chair . Had trouble trying to close blind once again because room was small and table in the way.
