The hotel is in a good location, just far away enough from the main roads to be quiet, but close enough for you to have everything in walking distance. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. Rooms were very clean & bijoux.

With our room being compact it did get quite warm & the air conditioning unit was situated directly above the bed. This meant we had to ensure the temperature was right before settling down to sleep for the night.

Set in a beautiful location, annex looks idyllic Bathroom and bedroom very clean Met the owner who was very nice.

Water pressure in shower very poor due to the shower head being too big for the shower so, unable to wash my hair. The cobwebs on the living room ceiling, around the windows and under the TV cabinet not good especially the ceiling. Crockery not checked as the first plate I got out of the cupboard was still dirty. Also, no batteries in TV control when I got there and the back was missing. I eventually found the back of the control under the sofa seat, if this was cleaned under it would have been found. Chantell did however, replace batteries immediately :)

Our room was very noisy throughout the night - even with windows closed and curtains drawn, very loud music from outside. Perhaps heavier drapes could be installed to keep the noise out. Only applied to room on one side of the corridor.

Very basic room. I had a disabled door which was annoying to open and close The emergency light was very bright at night when the lights were off - so the room was not dark ever. Same detail in the bathroom There were no USB charge points in the room, despite every socket having them in the common areas The disabled equipment was very worn and grubby where it fastened to the walls The staff were relatively useless when I requested things
