Modern property, nicely designed. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Complimentary water. Large windows that can be opened for ventilation. USB sockets next to the bed. Full size mirror and adjustable desk lamp that can be used for makeup. Bathrobes. The breakfast is very good with lots of eggs options cooked on request and can even be packed for takeaway.

King room that I stayed in was above the bowling facility and the noise from rolling balls was very disturbing until they closed (some time after 9pm). The water in the shower can not be adjusted beyond a certain maximum hot point, which is the minimum hot I would have for my shower, but definitely not hot enough for a hot bath. Bathroom doesn't have enough surface to put your toiletries on. Heater/towel rail in the bathroom was off and couldn't be turned on. Bathroom light is automatic, switches on in the night when you don't want it, and turns off after a short time of inactivity. No way to turn it off and no smaller light option. No gym.

Camilla on Reception is a lovely lady and the night porter couldn't do enough for you. I've worked nights and know how horrible it can be. He was a lovely chap and a credit to your hotel. Breakfast good and nice choice at bar.

The showers were complicated to work and perhaps need upgrading. A walk in shower would have been good. I was near the lift so heard noise from it.

There was no breakfast as we had an apartment. Location of the flat is excellent. The kitchen is compact but had everything we needed.

The flat was freezing when we entered. The heater in the room with the twin beds was very efficient. The heater in the room with the double bed took all night to work. Once we got the heating working the flat was nice and warm. The double bed is as hard as nails and we didn't sleep well at all. Our sons said their beds were very comfortable.

Excellent location. Next to the Hyde park and with good public transport connections to the most important places of the city.

The room was not clean when we did the check in. Also the bed was not comfortable and the rooms are noisy specially in the nights due to external noises.
