Clothes washing tablets destroyed the colour in our blacks.. suggest moving away from the powder and move to the liquid

Slow response when our room ran our of electricity. It took them more than an hour to come and check what was wrong even though we called twice and went to reception once. Every time, their response was that it will be fixed in 5min. Check-in receptionist didn't speak proper english and couldn't explain the breakfast deal.
