That our furry friend was not charged additional felt the price was right for bed and breakfast included just disappointed that the pictures on the website did not highlight the rooms disadvantages, roadway directly outside and no space to easily move around the bed walked straight into it from the doorway and edged around the foot to get into any kind of space😕 was expecting more comfort looking a little tired in decor too. Dinner and breakfast were good and the staff we're very friendly great welcome and service throughout. Beautiful setting in the countryside.

Facilities and comfort l have marked down as the shower was poor, cracked bath put of using it and room size very small for a king bedroom no seating area just enough room for luggage overnight stay doable but not for any further length of time. Low ceiling with no space to move was claustrophobic with the main road to the adjoining lodges outside the door of the bedroom we were concerned about noise and felt rooms 6-7 should be one room as others in the same stable block, also heard noise from room above thank goodness the occupants were relatively quiet. Felt overpriced on room size.

It is located next to one of the most connected tube station, King's cross St. Pancras and we could reach the makn attractions in London within 15 to 20 mins by tube. Although the check-in was in the afternoon, we arrived in the morning and they gave us the room earpy so that we could settle down and leave our luggage. Staff is very helpful. Place was clean. Towels changed everyday.

The room is a bit cramped and no Windows for outsiede. Very small shower and toilet room. It is a bit noisy even at night as we could hear the train passing every few minutes. ¹

In fairness we are probably speaking from a slight disability view. We found the step into the property too steep Maybe if they can’t lower it they could put a small rail to hold onto Although we were well aware when we booked that we did have to climb stairs We were prepared to do it. However the last 3 steps did not have anywhere to hold onto. A remedy might be to install a handrail o the other side Having said that it didn’t mare our holiday. These are just our thoughts.

The decor and amenities were lovely, lovely bedding and bed. I liked the welcome card and gifts.

The plug in the bath is difficult to remove. The sign to the apartments said 86 which was confusing. A picture of the courtyard entrance on the booking site would be helpful. Otherwise a lovely place to stay

Only 1 cup in a twin room for two people (upon asking for an extra one we were told it is one cup per room, they don’t have extra cups and we’re finally, bizarrely offered a dirty glass from a cupboard). There was a large amount of water on a wooden floor which the receptionist just shrugged at. There were dangerously loose paving stones on the steps at the front, after crossing a small plywood bridge over a little ditch. Reception area had a strong smell of cannabis when we got back at night. The attitude of the night/morning receptionist was awful.

Room inadequate. Dark ( one narrow window on a half hidden corner), very little storage. hairdryer not usable due to short flex, no mat in shower.
